Our coffee is always roasted on order in microlots with extensive sample testing so that only the best brew reaches your doorstep. We grind the beans as per your preference and immediately pack and ship the ground beans. We don’t store any ground beans.

We are one of the only brands which give you true Decaf blends so that your caffeine intake does not exceed your set limits. Our Decaf beans are CO2 processed without any chemicals and are 99.99% caffeine-free. We then blend them with pure Arabica to give you blends which taste like the coffee you love with half or 1/4th the caffeine depending on the blend you choose.

At Avakasi we strive to give you a consistent roast and caffeine profile by carefully monitoring the ambient markers like humidity and temperature along with the process markers like pre-roast & roast temperature, development time, and consistent bean cooling. The result is a coffee that gives you the right amount of kick cup after cup so that you maintain your focus.

Avakasi sources its coffee from South Indian estates. We only source graded coffee beans, which are AAA rated export quality. This ensures that consistently the highest quality coffee reaches you.
